Education Rebound: Back to School After COVID

Problem: The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted education worldwide, leaving many children struggling with learning loss, limited access to educational resources, and financial hardships. In Assin Dominase, 505 children face challenges in returning to school due to a lack of essential supplies, learning gaps, and reduced motivation to continue their education. Aim: This project aims to support 505 children in Assin Dominase by providing them with the necessary school supplies, mentorship, and academic support to ensure a smooth transition back to school. It seeks to restore enthusiasm for learning, bridge educational gaps, and empower students for a brighter future. Solution: • Provision of school essentials (uniforms, books, stationery, and hygiene kits). • Educational support programs to address learning loss. • Motivational and mentorship sessions to inspire students and encourage resilience. • Community engagement to reinforce the importance of education post-pandemic. Impact: • 505 children will be equipped and motivated to return to school. • Reduction in school dropout rates due to financial constraints. • Strengthened community awareness of the importance of education. • Increased student confidence and academic performance post-pandemic.
